pip install pypiwin32 提示Cannot uninstall 'pywin32'

今天通过pip install 安装pypiwin32时报以下错误：Cannot uninstall 'pywin32'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.

解决方法删除python安装目录下的site-packages目录下的pywin32-221-py3.5.egg.info文件,然后再重新通过pIP install pypiwin32进行安装,即可解决此问题.
